This construction, adjoining and of the same height, extends in its spirit and in its architecture the existing building taking porches symbolizing the entries as well as the Planters around the facade on three sides forming awning on pedestrian, thus protecting the facades of the solar factor.
- Creation of a parking in elevation and at the bottom of South parcel, in continuity of the existing prolonging the same developments (traffic, signage, disposal systems and vegetation).
